IMPORTANT CV-19 UPDATE- RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY AND PRICE REDUCTION
Thank you for considering the Green Door Lofts. The Green Door Lofts is an amazing place and we know that your experience will be second to none.
I want to announce some things that we are doing to ensure our guests' safety and trust in these difficult times. The following applies to all stays, -pre-existing and future- made for the time period March 16- May 1.
1. Cancellation policy change. Guest may now cancel at any time up to 24 hours prior to arrival for any reason with full refund. After 24 hours a full refund will be issued if the trip cannot be made due to flight cancellations, government restrictions, or if the guest or family has any hint of CV-19. We love our guests but if you are sick please stay home.
2. Cleaning policy. Our lofts are already spotless. We will "deep clean" each loft after every guest. Floors will be mopped every time, hard surfaces sanitized, air sprayed with disinfectant, etc. This will take time. For our guests who arrive early, I will no longer offer early check in. Standard check in at 3 pm since this level of cleaning will take several hours per loft. I would strongly suggest to my guests that arrive early to book a tour with Waco Tours. I have arranged a discounted rate with them. Please contact www.waco-tours.com for details. You may drop your bags at the loft and park your car in the garage early.
3. Air quality. There are 8 total lofts that I rent out at the Green Door Lofts. I also live here, 9 special loft homes total. Each one of my units has its own AC unit and filter. Air is not shared between the units. Every unit is separated from the neighbor with a fire wall and acoustic drywall that is sealed tight. I change my air filters every month minimum and usually every 2-3 weeks when in high occupancy.
4. Pricing: Special pricing is in effect for all of my lofts, both current reservations as well as new reservations for stays prior to May 1, 2020. If you have an existing reservation made before the price reduction, you should have received an e-mail from me already. I will reduce the price to reflect the new rates as follows.
1-3 night stay: 30 percent off old room rate. Cleaning fee unchanged
4 night stay 40 percent off old room rate, Cleaning fee unchanged.
5 or more nights : 50 percent off the old room rates, Cleaning fee unchanged.
As of March 17th, I have reduced room rates by 30 percent on my web page and most outside booking channels for stays through May 1, 2020 by 30 percent. Booking through my web page is always your least expensive option. If you book for 4 nights I will adjust your rate to 40 percent off and 5 nights or more, 50 percent off!
I have given this much thought. I know that you are putting your trust in our hands to stay in Waco at the Green Door Lofts. I wanted to show my appreciation for staying with us during these times. I am also also concerned for my hourly housekeeping staff during this period and my hope is to keep these fine women and men working to support their families. I need guests to make this happen.
