The Magnolia Loft is a fun, unique loft home where Magnolia style and urban living merge into a fun, funky vibe. There are two bedrooms, each with a comfy king-sized bed with pressed, triple-sheeted linens. In the living room there is wall-mounted queen-sized Murphy bed. The loft has an in-unit washer/dryer. Guests will also love the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with coffee, tea, and of course my mom's cinnamon rolls. Entertainment includes a 65 inch SmartTV with Direct TV/Netflix. Each bedroom also has Direct TV. Cool LED lighting in the living room helps set the mood for any occasion. This loft was actually featured on Fixer Upper!

Other Things to Note: The Magnolia Loft is on the second floor and accessed only by stairs. If this is an issue, please consider our 4 bedroom listing on the first floor.
